Paint was spilled. Shoes were ruined. Clinics were full. Friendships were formed.
This January, some of the Lentz family served in Jamaica with people from several states—some of whom had never picked up a paintbrush or set foot in a medical clinic before. We worked hard, learned a lot, laughed even more, and somehow also found time for a bubble party in the pool, paddle boarding on the sea, and a little rest in between.
The people of Jamaica have a way of welcoming you, humbling you, and changing you all at once. We’ve shared a longer reflection (and photos) on our website if you’d like a glimpse into what this trip meant to us.
