Held Space Healing Studio is re-emerging.

With a focus on relaxation and 90 minute, full body sessions with a range of massage, lymph, and craniosacral techniques, Held Space Healing will focus on women and include opportunities for hot stones, pregnancy, and post-birth massage. Children will also be welcome for 30 minute sessions with a guardian present.

With 20 years of experience and 1,200 hours of training, after a hiatus to focus on our own young child, I'm grateful to again offer Northern Colorado this special and safe studio to experience gentle, educated touch toward greater health and wholeness.

More soon with the intention to open doors to previous clients and then by referral only in the early months of 2026.

Therapeutic touch and basic knowledge of the human body are powerful, and I hope for both to be more accessible and understood.

You can start with yourself. Touch yourself lovingly with the intention of healing. Trust your intuition. Touch and breath are wise guides. Curious, slow, kind movements can do much.

I've completed my Craniosacral Fascial Release training. CSFR is a light-touch therapeutic approach of rich presence and intention to feel the pulse of the cerebrospinal fluid. To liberate and help allow a balanced expression of cerebrospinal fluid, CSFR gently attends to skull sutures as well as the spine, sacrum, meninges, and fascia.

Tomorrow I begin a MLD certification to become a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.

This gentle, rhythmic soft-tissue mobilization can promote relaxation, ‌strengthen immunity, and detox the body from toxins. There are some contraindications, but almost everyone can receive MLD and benefit. Additionally, MLD can help relieve conditions like edema, inflammation, migraines, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, recovery from surgery, tinnitus, and more.

This training is an addition to my 1,025 hour CMT for massage therapy, nearly 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, and hundreds of hours of continuing education in the field of bodywork and healing.
