KineticWise™ is located in central Fort Collins, Colorado. Our techniques are based upon the understanding that the body has an ideal position in which all systems are ‘go.’ Physiologically Efficient Positioning (PEP™) is the ideal posture of the human frame, supporting the optimum function of all systems of the body, in their healthiest state. Through habits and injury, bodies may slip out of that ideal position, creating dysfunction, which a person recognizes as pain and lack of mobility. Spanning a little over a decade, PEP™ Method creator, Kendra L. Melson, LMT, NCBMT has developed cutting-edge techniques and protocols to successfully treat many acute, sub-acute and chronic pain syndromes, including: repetitive strain injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, whiplash, TMJ dysfunction, low back pain/ sciatica, plantar fasciitis, runners knee, tennis elbow, rotator-cuff dysfunction, circulatory problems and musculoskeletal disorders. WE ACCEPT & WORK WITH INSURANCE
We assist other medical professionals in patient rehabilitation and wellness plans, working with both insured and non-insured clients. We also handle auto accident & workmans comp claims.*Med pay and HSA is accepted.

Having practiced massage for over 10 years now, Sara has no plans of slowing down. At the Healing Arts Institute, where she was a student of Kendra’s, she received her 500 hour certification. She worked for 3 years with a chiropractic office in west Fort Collins and another 7 years at a clinic in south Fort Collins. She found a safe haven within KineticWise, where she could work closely with therapists of like mind.
Her diversity gives her to ability to work with a wide range of clientele. Some of her modalities include cold stone therapy, trigger point therapy, muscle activation, Swedish and more; every session is a fusion specific to each client. Integrity is a quality she holds very close to her heart, she’s passionate about bringing integrity back to our daily lives and our bodies! Sara’s favorite part about massage is getting to know her clients, she finds she can learn just as much from them as they from her.
