Spirit Crossing-Clubhouse

Spirit Crossing Clubhouse supports adults with behavioral health disorders as they pursue their personal, social, financial, and vocational goals.

Philosophy and Program Description:
Spirit Crossing is based on the Clubhouse Model of Rehabilitation. We believe that each person with a mental health disorder has the potential to be productive and can make a significant contribution to society that is needed, valued, and expected. We believe one’s wellness depends upon having positive work experiences, meaningful social relationships, and having one’s skills and talents needed by others. Spirit Crossing Clubhouse opened in 1998. We work with adults age 18 and older as they pursue personal recovery and wellness goals, which may include: obtaining or maintaining employment, pursuing an education, building positive social relationships, and leading a productive meaningful life. Participation in the Clubhouse is voluntary and with out time limits, working side by side with staff in all operations of the program. The objective of our work is to create a dynamic atmosphere that connects one another in the business of the Clubhouse, and in one’s recovery while developing relationships that are purposeful and long lasting. Spirit Crossing Clubhouse is an accredited member of Clubhouse International, a worldwide network of more than 300 Clubhouses, in 30 countries, all following the evidenced- based practices of the Clubhouse Model of Rehabilitation. Spirit Crossing proudly provides IPS (Individual Placement and Support) Supported Employment to SummitStone Health Partners consumers enrolled in outpatient services. All Clubhouse members are offered Supported Employment services when interest is expressed.

Today is Working Wednesday, and it's a special one! Colorado Gives Day is Tuesday December 9, but early giving is happening right now!

Last fiscal year, employed Spirit Crossing Clubhouse members made over $1,600,000! This year, we are asking for YOUR support to help us get that number even higher! Your donation funds our program in many ways, including emergency lunch punches, education application fees, and even member needs for supported employment!

The Clubhouse building will be closed on Tuesday November 18th due to staff having an all day, off-site training. The building will be open again on Wednesday 11/19 for normal business hours. Please call with any concerns

Hey Turkey!

It is that time of year again - when we gather around the table, eat way too much food, and enjoy the company of our colleagues, friends, and family! We are so excited to invite you to our annual Friends & Family Meal.

Date: Wednesday, November 26th, 2025
Time: 11am - 3pm
Location: 1148 E Elizabeth Street

We will be serving up "traditional" Thanksgiving food - turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and all the fixings. We will also have pies and fudge for dessert. You are welcome to invite 2 additional people to the meal if you would like. Please call the Clubhouse to RSVP so we can ensure that we have enough food to go around.

We are so grateful for you and all you do. We cannot wait to see you!

I don't know how many people are facing food insecurity right now, but I know it's going to get worse, and I know that while it's in our power, we are going to try and help.

Philippe French Bistro will be offering free Beef Bourguignon and potato gratin, cooked and ready to warm up to anyone who is losing their SNAP benefits or furloughed/working without pay during the shutdown.

All free, they just need to show us their EBT or Federal ID card.

Any amount you can offer is enormously appreciated and will help support our efforts to keep our community from going hungry.
We will use the funds to purchase all ingredients (the labor is on us) and will continue to do so until things come back to normal....maybe.
Any funds left over will be donated to the Larimer Food bank.
