✨ Confidence Catalyst is Returning! ✨

We’re excited to announce that our Confidence Catalyst women’s group is preparing to begin again. We’re aiming for a Monday, January 5th start date, meeting weekly from 6–7 PM. (We may push it back one week if needed, but that’s our current plan!)

This 8-week group supports women in building confidence through gentle psychoeducation, experiential activities, and meaningful connection within a supportive, growth-focused community.

It tells you you are not ready.
It tells you that you cannot handle it.
It tells you something bad will happen.

But here is the truth. You have handled so much already.
You have faced things anxiety said you could not.
You are stronger, wiser, and far more capable than it gives you credit for.

So today, when anxiety starts whispering its lies,
take a breath, smile, and remember,
you do not have to believe everything you think. 💛

✨ We’re Hiring at Beyond the Mirror Counseling & Wellness! ✨

Beyond the Mirror is growing, and we’re looking for a licensed therapist (Master’s or PhD level) to join our holistic, compassionate team in Fort Collins.

We specialize in eating disorders, addiction, trauma, ADHD, and autism, supporting individuals across the lifespan — children, teens, and adults — through life’s challenges and transitions.

This position offers flexibility — you can choose to work as a W-2 employee or a 1099 contractor.
We ask that therapists maintain an average caseload of around 20 clients per week (with the understanding that numbers may occasionally fluctuate).

Because of the federal government shutdown, November SNAP food assistance is on hold.

This fall marks 20 years of Beyond the Mirror Counseling & Wellness — twenty years of walking alongside our community through change, healing, and growth. As a gift of gratitude, our team will be sharing a weekly series of articles in the North Forty News to support mental and emotional wellness through the fall, winter, and holiday season.

Each week, one of our providers will reflect on themes many of us face this time of year — things like stress, gratitude, family dynamics, loss, self-care, and finding balance amidst it all.

A supportive, creative group for 6th & 7th grade girls navigating friendships, social media, and self-discovery.

Each session includes skill-building, creative activities, and real talk to help participants:

• Build healthy boundaries

• Navigate friendships and “frenemies”

• Explore the impact of social media

• Grow confidence and self-expression
