Becca Sagall, Licensed Massage Therapist I help clients focus on their body and mind to leave feeling less pain and more balance.

I help clients focus on their body and mind so they leave each session feeling less pain and more energy, less stress and more balance, and in general a better connection to their body. Each session includes an initial assessment, the full amount of hands-on time, and time after the session to discuss the future treatment plan. Technically speaking, I take a whole body view while still allowing time for specific and targeted muscle work. I have training in deep tissue, lomi lomi, manual lymphatic drainage, medical massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, orthopedic assessment and massage, prenatal massage, Swedish, trigger point therapy, and beginning coursework in corrective exercise, craniosacral therapy, and Anatomy Trains structural integration. I believe massage therapy should be a part of everyone's health and wellness routine and therefore rates are all-inclusive: no additional taxes or fees, and no tipping.

I'm back in the studio revived and recharged! One of the behind the scenes duties of being a massage therapist is laundry - we are continuously washing sheets and towels. As I sat and waited for my travel clothes to wash and dry in Lisbon, I thought, "my work laundry responsibilities wouldn't be so bad if I had this view to gaze out at as it washed!"
