Be Here Now Massage Yoga Bodywork has partnered with the Northern Colorado Adult Baseball League. Players receive 20% off their first time visit with us (year round) and 10% of future visits during the baseball season (April-August). We support player performance through various types of therapeutic massage including deep tissue massage, Thai massage and lymphatic drainage. We can help with injury rehabilitation, pain management, and general maintenance by supporting joint mobility, nervous system balance, and releasing fascia and muscle tension.

Meet Tressa, our new Licensed Massage Therapist. Tressa has been fascinated with the human body for as long as she can remember. She began teaching yoga in 2006 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist from the Healing Arts Institute in 2018. Tressa has been exploring mobility and fascia exercises to prevent injury and stay active. In 2026, Tressa earned her certification in Thai Bodywork — a modality she is deeply passionate about and excited to share with you. She self practices Vipassana meditation and has trained in deep nervous system healing to support your whole body health. Her offerings include Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, hot stone and prenatal massage.

They can receive reimbursement up to $1000 a year at our office with their county insurance (and anyone on the plan can too). They also receive a 15% discount on all full priced services. We provide the receipt, all you have to do is submit it to your provider to get your reimbursement!

Aromatherapy combined with acupressure, gentle massage, and manual lymph drainage is used to clear blocked sinuses and relieve pressure and congestion. This revitalizing service starts with a warm Epsom salt, eucalyptus, and camphor foot soak, followed by our sinus relief massage of the face, head, neck, and chest.
