Reiki is a powerful yet gentle universal energy that is offered as a healing modality through the hands and energy field of the practitioner. It supports relaxation, healing, and nervous system balance. Reiki is an energy that works with each person individually, and can be an enriching spiritual practice of self renewal that supports us to live fully, compassionately, and authentically in our human beingness. During this 75 minute Yin yoga class, your teacher, Vali, will guide you through poses supported by yoga props. While resting in these poses, our Reiki practitioner, Kelley, will provide this healing energy to you.

Kelley is an ICRT Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, and a Professional Member of the Reiki Membership Association. Kelley has been attuned as a Tibetan/Usui Reiki Master since 2001.

Just a nice thing - the Animal Friends Alliance reached out to ask for donations for their Gala for Animals, to auction off to raise money for their rescue animals, so we donated two 60 min gift certificates to the cause!

We are thrilled to share this partnership through Be Here Now Massage Yoga Bodywork and Hope Lives! The Lydia Dody Breast Cancer Support Center - we are now on the approved provider list for Hope Lives, an organization that offers free, supportive services and products to breast cancer patients going through active treatment in Larimer and Weld Counties.

Hope Lives! Recipients receive $500 in vouchers to use at local wellness providers. Be Here Now Massage Yoga Bodywork is offering 90 min massage, 90 min manual lymph drainage, and 90 min foot reflexology sessions for $100 in vouchers ($125 value).

We hope that providing these services to those going through cancer treatment and surgery can feel a little more relaxed and calm in their bodies and assist with recovery.
