This weekend we move the clocks forward by one hour. It may seem small, but our bodies often feel the shift more than we expect.
The time change disrupts our circadian rhythm — the internal clock that regulates sleep, hormones, and energy levels. Even losing just one hour of sleep can temporarily increase stress on the body.
