🎵 ❤️ Emotions evoked through music can often bypass the frontal cortex’s 🧠 analytical filters, allowing us to access feelings we may struggle to articulate. Music provides metaphor & access: a portal to the unsaid &, perhaps, the unsayable.

It can be quite difficult to be in a liminal space and not force ourselves into a more concrete place/answer/decision.
However, sometimes practicing patience, &/or presence, until more information is deciphered is what we need most.
If you are feeling anxious about not knowing, consider letting yourself in on the secret…you may not need to have it all figured out yet. ☺️
