Today, March 28, 2026 marks a big 6 year mark from when my massive Perfect Storm hit: March 28, 2020. On this day, I had no idea what was ahead of me for 12 months and thought out I wasn't entirely sure I would ever come out of it as myself again.

I'm most definitely renewed, shifted, forever changed, stronger, and closer to my authentic Self than I ever have before...AND I still ask myself sometimes...will I ever be able to do xyz like I did before March 28 2020. I don't have all the answers and I will continue to trust my body and hold the visions of renewal.

May this video bring you light and inspiration to get going and to know you the only way out ...is through.

✨It's True .. energetic energy emotional work.. makes a BIG difference!

I absolutely loved hearing this from my client who had a session with me yesterday where we dove into her body and found different emotions and inner child's who all needed to be Seen and Loved .

Outcome... Next day her body practitioner said much more space is there and the releasing of an emotion created healing.
