Hi Beloved Students, I am going to have to cancel yoga on Saturday.

I’m having Lasik today and it seems that with with the type of procedure I am getting the recovery will be a bit longer and the discomfort a bit greater than what I anticipated. I’m sorry for the late realization and notice. Hope you have a great weekend!
