Life is a journey. Being open to receiving is essential to the process of healing. The journey to self-actualization begins with the awareness of recognizing the reality of the interconnectedness of everything. Although everything in our lives seems fragmented and separate, we are all a spark from the same source. Visualize it as if it were a single point that radiated out into many, just like the Big Bang theory that explains how the universe came into being.
