What did you love then but don't eat now? Doritos for me....

Sad but true that all those "foods" and drinks we loved growing up are really not good after all. Surprising how after changing my ways has led to no longer wanting toxic stuff. I love how I feel and don't even want junk food and sodas any more.

Whether you’re feeling under the weather or just want to stay strong, supporting your immune system regularly is a great idea. Here are a few simple ways to use your laser this season:
WAVE – Use on the glands, tonsils, and over the thymus (center of the chest).
UNITY – Apply over the spleen (below the lower left rib cage). The spleen helps maintain healthy blood and plays a vital role in fighting infections.
VITAL – Target the sinus points (above each eyebrow, beside the nose, and the roof of the mouth). It’s also helpful for the ears when they’re affected.
Run the laser for 2–4 minutes a couple of times a day over each area. If you’re already experiencing symptoms, you can use your laser every hour on these points.
