Heidi enjoys teaching Pilates and working as a spiritual teacher/coach and healer. She has been teaching Classical Pilates for over 20 years. Credentials:

Heidi has a life-long love of exercise and has been sharing her knowledge and insight, through teaching, for nearly 30 years. She enjoyed working as a personal trainer for over 8 years, 4 of which were within a physical therapy clinic specializing in spine rehabilitation. After an accident left Heidi with pain from compression fractures in 7 vertebrae, she tried Pilates for the first time. That first session was an inspiration and she knew immediately that Pilates was going to make a big difference in her life. The healing process initially took 2 years of hard work but, 21 years later, Pilates has continued to give Heidi a life free from pain. In fact, she felt her total recovery was so miraculous that she decided to dedicate herself to learning Pilates and teaching others. She received her Pilates certification in 2005 from the prestigious and rigorous Pilates Center of Boulder after 3 years of training. Heidi enjoys working with men and women all body types and fitness levels, especially with postpartum clients and those experiencing issues from low back pain. Exercise Sports Science

To my Pilates teachers out there!

This is my Pilates mentor. Darien is offering something so needed in the Pilates community for teachers supporting teachers. She has a wealth of knowledge to share as a second generation teacher who has been teaching movement in the body for over 50 years. She will be addressing questions we have as teachers in regards to our students bodies, but also discussing the hard stuff. Struggles we may be having in balancing our schedules, how to best serve our clients as well us supporting one another in a political Pilates and at times toxic environment.

The Mentor’s Table - A monthly gathering for support, insights and professional growth

Teaching Pilates can be deeply rewarding — but it can also feel isolating. Many instructors carry unspoken challenges from certification programs, workshops, or the daily demands of the studio.

The Mentor’s Table offers a safe environment for Pilates teachers to ask questions, share openly and grow in confidence. Together, we will build connection and community so you can return to your students feeling grounded and renewed.

As someone who has been teaching in the fitness industry for 28 years this conversation is important. I’ve strived to be healthy, functionally fit and to maintain a balanced lifestyle. I struggled for many years with an eating disorder, trained through pain just to look a certain way. I stay in really good shape, but as someone who is 47 I struggle with the extra weight many woman struggle with due to hormonal changes. I teach others to become friends with their body while making it stronger, flexible and more functionally fit. The extra 10 lbs doesn’t change my expertise just because I don’t look like someone thinks I should as a Pilates instructor.

Our Story

Heidi enjoys working as a Pilates teacher and energy practitioner for a combination or 15 years. After an accident left Heidi with pain from compression fractures in 7 vertebrae, she tried Pilates for the first time. That first session was an inspiration and she knew immediately that Pilates was going to make a big difference in her life. The healing process initially took 2 years of hard work but, 18 years later, Pilates has continued to give Heidi a life free from pain. In fact, she felt her total recovery was so miraculous that she decided to dedicate herself to learning Pilates and teaching others. Around the same time Heidi started exploring and learning Pilates Heidi also met her spiritual teacher Zari Pirasteh. She began her journey, receiving healing from Zari regularly for the first 5 years. Around 2005 She felt a calling to become a giver of healing. She began giving hands-on healing sessions, distance healing sessions, clearing homes, teaching Pilates and much more as her practice and awareness expanded. She continues to learn from Zari and has found that healing work, prayer and Pilates have become a daily part of her life.

Fast forward to 2015, and she was drawn not just to the work of healing, but to teach this healing modality to others. Heidi’s hope is that she can help you to feel more at home in your place in this world, help you cultivate a vision for where you want to be, and connect you to universal, complete and unconditional love.

My services include: healing sessions, energy classes, spiritual coaching sessions in person/ virtually, and Pilates.

As an energy-healing teacher I offer: Universal White Time Healing Level 1 class, Board of Angel and a Holy Light Candle Class.
