Our Story

PRODIGY GYM & FITNESS What you will find at PG&F: -The best equipment in Northern Colorado PERIOD! A complete line of Hammer strength plate loaded machines (Yes everything they have EVER made!). Also we have many other plate loaded pieces like inverted leg press from Rogue, Nautilus, Maxicam, Magnum, glute/ham raise, reverse hyper extension from Rogue, DEADLIFT PLATFORMS!!!Chalk!!! The extremely rare Icarian Donkey calf raise, Strive extreme low row machine, Stand up chest press and the DynaBody leverage squat machine! We also are one of the very few gyms in the US that has the MedX Avenger leg press (an amazing leg press/hack squat/squat machine that completely eliminates ALL stress on the lower back and knees) , side lateral, and back machine!!!!! -An environment conducive to getting results (Motivational Wall art and posters of all kinds of athletes) Awesome cardio machine---ellipticals, treadmills, stair climbers, and the dreaded Jacobs Ladder! -Not only the best equipment...BUT LOTS OF IT! 71 plate loaded machines, 2 hack squats, 4 squat racks, 4 bench press stations, 30 pieces just for LEGS, dumb bells up to 200lbs (pretty much just dust collectors ;) ), so no waiting around to get things done! -An owner who has been in fitness for over 30 years and his passion is helping EVERYONE achieve their fitness goals!

Collins WHAT YOU WON'T FIND AT PG&F: -People standing around taking up space. -Boring non-motivation music like you get at many other gyms. -Meathead mentality. Although PG&F has a few bodybuilders/powerlifters they are all very nice and willing to help. Thankfully they are this way because they choose to be. If they purposefully acted intimidating they would be asked to leave the gym.
