Spent a week in Portugal 🇵🇹 with this amazing group of powerhouse women. Engineers, lawyer, doctor, Mommas, horticulturist, lady bosses, retirees, grant writer and execs all came to collectively fill their tanks. We practiced yoga, explored and built life long friendships. Here’s to stepping out of your comfort zones and embracing all that life has to offer ✈️🌎🧘‍♀️🍷🥾🥾👯‍♀️🎉.

This was my fourth retreat with matching outfits and the first time that I gifted my students Yoga Democracy leggings. They did not disappoint, I love this company 💚💚.
