As I go through my day, I am reminded again why boundaries are so important. For the love of everything in me, Please remember why you have boundaries, why it is so important to hold your boundaries, and for Pete's sake why you just don’t let people walk through your boundaries. This includes the abuser you have found yourself addicted to. This includes your mom or dad whom you love, however they do not get to walk through your boundaries without consequence. This includes your children that know how to push every one of your buttons. What are your boundaries and why are they important to you?
