Oh, those awful plug-ins! Ick!

It's time that we must be doing some form of detox these days if we want to be healthy. Choosing wisely with what is in our home is a great start.

,Unfortunately, there is no other way around it, given how polluted our world has become.😞

Decide on 1 of these things to start today and add on as you can.

Eliminating dryer sheets is another easy win! ( 100% wool balls for the dryer are a good replacement. You can even add essential oils to them to give a clean scent, if desired.)
