You have made it through the 10 darkest weeks of the year! The 5 weeks before & 5 weeks after the winter solstice (Nov. 16th – Jan. 25th) are the of the winter season. All that darkness is the perfect time to or see (like this photo here in last Nov.) It is also a heavy time for people with . But, you may have noticed the days are getting slightly longer each day– the sun rises a little earlier & the sun sets a little later. Although winter just arrived here in CO, spring is just around the corner!
