Our Promise to New Clients:
1. We want the process to be easy. We have a contact form on our website that takes 4-5 minutes to fill out and helps us find you a great match for counseling services.
2. We are human. ReStory won’t use any software or AI to pre-sort our new client inquiries. All inquiries are sent directly to Rachel, our Practice Coordinator. She studies each inquiry in order to place potential new clients with the best practitioner to fit their needs and scheduling preferences.
3. We strive for transparency. If you head to the Meet Us page on our website, you can view practitioner specialties, session fees, and their counseling approach. We want you to feel confident that the practitioner we match you up with will be a good fit.
4. We’re always here to help. We believe it’s a win for everyone when you find the best person to care for you. If you are looking for a specialty or approach that we don’t offer, we will do our best to provide you with a referral so you can take another step towards finding care.
5. We want to connect. You can email, call, or even text us - all communication will land with our Practice Coordinator, and she would love to help you answer questions or take the next steps for whatever you need.
