Giving Tuesday is almost here! Join us at Applebee's in Fort Dodge on Tuesday, December 2nd for Giving Tuesday. Applebee’s will generously donate 25% of all food and beverage sales to Community Health Center to benefit our patients. Funds raised will help cover critical needs like prescriptions, transportation, and healthcare-related expenses, ensuring financial barriers don’t prevent access to quality healthcare.
