Meet Max – Our New Phone System
Community Health Center now has a new AI phone system, and his name is Max!

When you call us, you’ll notice that our menu options have changed. Instead of pressing numbers, all you need to do is tell Max why you’re calling.
For best results, try using a full sentence.

For example:
• “I’m calling to make a dental appointment”
• “I need to schedule a medical visit”
• “I have a question for the pharmacy”
• “I’d like to make an eye exam”
• “I need behavioral health services”

You can keep it short, but the more specific you are, the better Max can help direct your call.
Max can assist with medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, eye care, and more. He’s here to help get you to the right place as quickly as possible.
