On Thursday, November 13th, the Iowa Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association is hosting the 2025 Fort Dodge Parkinson's conference from noon to 4 pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church (400 S. 13th St). Our very own Tori Johnson will be there to talk more about our award-winning Rock Steady Boxing.

5:15 Aqua Aerobics will be Open Buddy Swim tonight!

The majority of our instructor led wellness classes are cancelled for today (Monday, September 8th) with the exception of:
- Line Dancing at 10:00am
- Rock Steady Boxing
- evening Aqua Aerobics at 5:15pm
You are welcome to use the pool during scheduled swim classes for open swim, just remember you must have another person in the aquatic center with you while swimming. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding in advance!

We love bringing our residents fresh, interesting foods to try that may not be in their regular rotation. Tropical Fruit Day gave us the perfect opportunity to introduce both residents and team members alike to yummy fruits like kiwi, mango, dragon fruit, pomegranate, passion fruit, and açai. Other than seeing the reactions to these new flavors, the added benefit is that they each bring powerful health benefits as well.
