You do not need to “wait until it gets worse” before doing something about knee pain.

This patient had severe joint space loss in her knee and had already been told joint replacement would likely be the next option.

But she was still active, still moving, and still wanted to enjoy life.

So instead of waiting, we started with an offloading knee brace, therapy, and a plan to reduce pressure, calm inflammation, and help her keep doing the things she loves.

She is already feeling better and preparing for her upcoming trip.

If knee pain is limiting your life, comment below and my team will reach out.

If you have knee pain, avoiding movement completely is not always the answer.

These 3 movements are a great place to start if you want to build stronger, more resilient knees in a safe way. And if your pain keeps coming back, even after exercises like these, it may be time to look deeper at the root cause.

One of the most common things we hear from patients, is that the PT they tried, wasn’t helpful.

And that is exactly why we want our physical therapy to feel different.

At Active Health Clinics, we believe great care is about more than handing someone exercises and sending them on their way. It starts with listening, building trust, being honest, understanding the patient’s goals, and creating a plan that actually fits the person in front of you.

Just because you have tried physical therapy before does not mean you have tried our physical therapy.

Patients can feel the difference when they are truly seen, heard, and worked with as an individual.

Big news at Active Health Clinics.

We’ve offered rehab-style services before, but in the past they were self-pay, which meant patients had to cover the cost out of pocket.

Now that we have a licensed physical therapist on staff, we’re able to bill insurance for physical therapy services.

That means better access, more support, and an easier path for patients who need care.

We’re excited to keep serving our community with Drake and Cainen now helping us expand what we can offer.

If you’ve been putting off care because of cost, this may be the sign to reach out.

As we age, our skin naturally becomes thinner, less elastic, and more prone to wrinkles.

One of the biggest reasons for this is collagen loss.

That’s why one of the key parts of our Glow Challenge focuses on supporting your body’s natural collagen production, while also working to reduce inflammation and improve blood flow to the skin.

When you improve collagen, reduce inflammation, and increase blood flow, you create an environment where the skin can become:

• Healthier
• Fuller
• More resilient
• More elastic
• Firmer

This is a root-cause approach to skin health, not just something that works on the surface.

Most people think improving skin is all about what you put on your body…

But what if it starts with what’s happening inside your body?

This is glow.

A peptide blend designed to support:

• Collagen production
• Skin elasticity and firmness
• Reduced inflammation
• Improved blood flow to the skin

The result?

Healthier, fuller, more resilient skin.

And what makes this even more interesting…

This isn’t just a surface-level approach. These peptides work systemically, meaning you may also notice benefits in other areas of your body as well.

If you’ve been looking for a more root-cause approach to skin health, this is something we’re really excited about.

Comment “Glow” and we’ll send you more info on how to jump in on the glow challenge so you can have healthier, clearer skin!
