📣 Updated ID Policy 📣
To ensure standardized service across the MEDDAC footprint, the Guthrie Army Health Clinic has updated its identity verification policy. Beneficiaries checking in for appointments or healthcare services must verify their identity using one of the following three methods:

1. Uniformed Services ID (DoD ID Card)
The preferred "Gold Standard" for all check-ins.

2. Photo or Photocopy of DoD ID
A clear copy of the front and back of the ID is acceptable.
Note: This is also valid for picking up prescriptions for family members at the Pharmacy.

3. Certificate of Eligibility
If you do not have your DOD ID, you may obtain a Certificate of Eligibility from the Medical Records/Patient Administration section.
Requirement: You must present an alternative form of identification to use this method.

Other Requirements:
Children (Ages 10+): Must have a DoD ID card to check into medical appointments or receive healthcare services. If the ID is unavailable at the time of the appointment, a parent may use their own ID to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility from Medical Records.

Virtual Appointments: Identity will be verified using the patient's full name and date of birth.

Honoring 125 years of Army Nurses 🎂✨

On Monday, staff from across the Guthrie Army Health Clinic gathered to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the Army Nurse Corps during a cake-cutting celebration. Since Feb. 2, 1901, these professionals have bridged the gap between the battlefield and recovery, embodying leadership and compassion.

Thank you, Army nurses, for your vital role in keeping our force ready and our community healthy.
