We are dedicated to providing ready medical forces that enable health service support and force health protection across the Fort Meade MEDDAC AOR to sustain the readiness of the Joint Force. Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center provides primary care, selected specialty care and same day surgery for TRICARE Prime patients, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. Violations of any of the guidelines listed below may result in your comments being removed and/or your profile being banned from the page without notice:

Primary care, pharmacy, X-ray and lab services will be open. However you may experience longer than normal wait times.

Staff impacted by schools’ virtual instruction and lack of childcare are allowed unscheduled leave or unscheduled telework is allowed with coordination with your supervisor. Please contact your supervisor with questions.

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please use the MHS GENESIS patient portal to reschedule.

Due to ongoing inclement weather and for the safety of our patients and staff, all face-to-face patient care and ancillary services are 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗.

𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱.

Staff are allowed maximum telework. All meetings will be virtual. Please contact your supervisor with any questions.

Our staff will contact patients with appointments scheduled for 28 JAN to discuss rescheduling or virtual appointment options. You may also use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to reschedule.

Our Story

Kimbrough is the headquarters of the U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC), Fort George G. Meade, which also includes a number of U.S. Army health clinics, occupational health clinics, and environmental health clinics at several other locations in Maryland, Virginia, Pensylvania and District of Columbia. Kimbrough provides primary care, selected specialty care and same day surgery for TRICARE Prime patients, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
