Today, I honor my angel, my Granny. 🕊️

She is the reason I do what I do.

Long before this became a business…
before “In Her Hands” had a name…
there were her hands.

Hands that comforted.
Hands that nurtured.
Hands that made you feel safe without saying a word.

She showed me what it meant to care for others in a way that goes beyond the physical…
and that love stayed with me.

Even now, I carry her with me in every session.
In every touch.
In every moment I hold space for someone else.

This path I’m on… it started with her.

Forever grateful. Forever guided. 🤍

Two years ago, on February 19, I began my journey at Downtown Beauty Lounge. What started as a step of faith has grown into something deeply meaningful… and that is because of you.

To every client who has trusted me with your body, your healing, your stillness, and your story… thank you. Your presence in my space has never been something I take lightly.

This season of my life has asked me to move slower. To tend to things quietly. To honor my own healing in the same way I encourage you to honor yours. While I’ve been a bit more paused and less present online, please know your continued support, patience, and encouragement has meant more to me than words can fully express.

To my standing clients, those who have remained steady, consistent, and supportive through every season, thank you for believing in me, for continuing to show up, and for allowing me to continue showing up for you. Your loyalty has been a pillar beneath me.

I’m looking forward to reconnecting more, sharing more, and bringing back Mindfulness Monday, because those moments of reflection and intention are just as much for me as they are for you.
