Mindfulness Monday 🌟
We’re days away from a new year, and the pressure to “be a whole new person” can be loud.
Instead of rushing into resolutions, try simple reflection rooted in presence:
Tonight, ask yourself:
• What did my body carry me through this year?
• What am I proud of myself for surviving or choosing?
• What do I want more of in the new year — not just “goals,” but feelings?
Write a few answers down or just sit with them in silence.
📣You don’t have to reinvent yourself on January 1st.
📣You’re allowed to arrive in the new year as someone who is already worthy, already enough, already in progress. 💫
