Two years ago, on February 19, I began my journey at Downtown Beauty Lounge. What started as a step of faith has grown into something deeply meaningful… and that is because of you.

To every client who has trusted me with your body, your healing, your stillness, and your story… thank you. Your presence in my space has never been something I take lightly.

This season of my life has asked me to move slower. To tend to things quietly. To honor my own healing in the same way I encourage you to honor yours. While I’ve been a bit more paused and less present online, please know your continued support, patience, and encouragement has meant more to me than words can fully express.

To my standing clients, those who have remained steady, consistent, and supportive through every season, thank you for believing in me, for continuing to show up, and for allowing me to continue showing up for you. Your loyalty has been a pillar beneath me.

I’m looking forward to reconnecting more, sharing more, and bringing back Mindfulness Monday, because those moments of reflection and intention are just as much for me as they are for you.

Thank you for growing with me. Thank you for holding space for me, just as I hold space for you.

🖤✨ Black History Month ✨🖤

Black history lives in the body.
In the hands that have labored, nurtured, protected, and healed across generations.

This month is a reminder that my work is part of a much larger lineage…one rooted in ancestral wisdom, resilience, and care.

Our ancestors survived by listening to the body, honoring rest when possible, and tending to one another in ways that weren’t always recognized, but were always necessary.

As we honor Black History Month, I hold space for Black rest as resistance,
for touch as medicine,
and for healing that is slow, intentional, and rooted in CARE, not urgency.

I am guided by the spirit of Lift Every Voice and Sing
a reminder that even through struggle, we continue to rise, to hope, and to move forward TOGETHER .

This month, and always, my hands are offered with intention, respect, and gratitude
for those who came before me
and for those who trust me with their care today.
