If you know your loved one pre-planned with us and has a cremation policy, then luckily, your next steps are very simple.

After they pass, you'll just need to call us, day or night, and let us know. We'll pick up your loved one and begin the process of either cremation or embalming, whichever was chosen by your loved one.
