Shoshone-Bannock Community Health Center The Shoshone-Bannock Community Health Center, a non-profit community health clinic funded by Health Resources and Services Administration, all races served

Primary Care and Urgent Care services for all members of the community regardless of race or national origin. Purchased and Referred Care (PRC) eligible patients can have their visit paid for by PRC per Tribal Business Council Resolution. PRC covered visits can be given secondary referrals to other providers if needed. There is no capability for dispensing or prescribing narcotic or controlled substances. Located in the old IHS clinic - building 70 - on Navajo Road. It is one block due West of the IHS Clinic, drive around the Justice Center and make a left on Navajo Drive, its a long yellow building with a red roof. Per notification requirements of the funding agency:

The Community Health Center (HRSA After Hours Clinic) will be closing at 6PM on Thanksgiving Eve, we will remain closed on Bia Deka Davay/Thanksgiving. We re-open on Friday, 12-8pm. We wish everyone a pleasant holiday filled with family, friends and laughter…. And of course, lots of food!

We will be open 12/23/24 our regular hours, we will be open 12/24/24 from noon until 6:30pm, closed on the 25th, open regular hours (12pm to 8pm) until 12/31/24 on that day we will be open from 12pm to 6:30pm. The forwarding we set up from (208) 478-3987 to our cell phone has stopped working for some reason (its been set up for years, and worked even after the phones went down and now has stopped working suddenly) This number is our only functioning phone for making appointments, talking to providers, etc.
