Happy Saturday!!! Problems pooping 💩? I have four natural remedies for you. 😉
1. Take one tablespoon of Castor oil, and at night you can use a castor oil wrap.
2. Okra, I prefer to boil or soak
3. Aloe vera, I prefer from the plant
4. Slippery Elm, it'll get a lot of things moving. 😜😉

Here's an old folk remedy, Onions has been used forever to help with colds, fever, flu, blood sugar, digestive issues, purify the air & more. Make yourself some onion soup or tea. You can slice for fever and place on the bottom of your feet with socks over night, pulling toxins. 😘💜💙💜💙
