Exciting news!!! After a LONG wait, we finally received our brand new BodPods today! 🙌 As we wait for them to be set up and for us to receive training on them, we are down to only one functioning BodPod. Because of this, there may be longer wait times for BodPod walk-in hours on Wednesdays until further notice. As always, we will do the best we can with accommodating your needs, but please be patient with us as we navigate this transition! ~AWC Staff

Soldiers that participated received valuable information during our Performance Optimization, Sleep and Stress Management, and Nutrition classes throughout the week.
