Did you know there has been a revision to the Civilian Wellness Program? The NEW program is outlined under Army Directive 2021-03, which was released in January, and will supersede current Army Regulation 600-63 for health promotion.

With gyms [still] slowing opening up, many have made their home their new gyms. As technology advances and treadmills, exercise bikes, and more become fancier and fancier, these pieces of equipment also come with subscription apps that often carry a hefty monthly fee. Many things are then left to consider. Do I buy this expensive piece of exercise equipment just for the name, or do I get something else that better fits my budget and still gives me the workouts that I long for? I go for the latter because I'm all about saving money when we don't know how each day is going to go! This blog post shares how you can be apart of the beloved Peloton community without selling your life-savings to do so. That sounds like a win-win to me :)

As the temperature continues to fall ;), what we consume starts to change also.
