I met Edward when working on a platform that had me working with people from all around the world. I've actually seen clients from every continent except Antarctica! He had what some would refer to as "crippling anxiety." I always say that my clients do all of the work and Edward certainly did! No one ever would have guessed that he would be running marathons and accomplishing the things that once seemed impossible. Myth 1: It works instantly like magic 🪄
Reality: Hypnotherapy can bring positive change, but it’s not always instant. Like any therapy, it can take time, commitment, and consistency.

Myth 2: Hypnosis can make you reveal secrets 🤫
Reality: You stay in control during hypnosis. You won’t say anything you don’t want to share, your mind remains aware and active.

Myth 3: You fall asleep during hypnotherapy 😴
Reality: Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, not sleep. You’re focused, aware, and open to suggestion — more like daydreaming than dozing off.

Members of the LGBTQ+ community are 80% more likely to experience trauma than those outside the community. They are also less likely to seek freedom from natural and normal, but troubling, responses to that trauma. Trauma is not an event. It is the feeling of being abandoned and alone after the event. Here's what a recent client said, "Definitely not normal therapy and that is why it's so great. I have healed more in the time that I have been at therapy with Dr. Little and I have ever been in my whole life. I'm not saying I don't still walk around in my own personality... I still live my life with my own character traits. In fact, I'm even more comfortable with my character traits and my strengths in them then I was before. And now instead of therapy, I get to focus on the healing and get to do check-ins to maintain a positive thought process. Dr Little's approach to reality is spot on.
