The reality is, it’s probably 70% chemical and 30% mental. The power of sugar and the deception of reward. I see this often when adults give kids horrible snacks as a reward without the kid knowing their demise. In this same way when we eat rice, glucose stimulates our brain, without our brain knowing of its own demise.
