I’m the guy that used to make protein shakes out of raw egg whites, oats and condensed milk 🤯. Talk about constipation! After watching this video, a seed was planted that grew in a direction I would’ve never imagined.In this video Dr Afrika talks about the ethical implications of eating eggs following by a story of my experience and how I made the transition. Now nutritionally, the yolk is the part of the egg that packs the most nutrients. It contains the fats, vitamins and proteins that feed the embryo. The yolk is also the part that contains the “blastodisc” or “germinal disc” which is a small disc of cytoplasm that sits on top of the yolk from which the embryo develops. So ethically, by eating the yolk you are also eating the bairn 😕.. Or potential little one. (Sometimes my Outlander dialect kicks in 😄)..........
