These “national” observances may appear insignificant to some, yet for our community, they cultivate smiles, camaraderie, and create memories.

Plus…we learn something!
Did you know that National White Shirt Day marks the conclusion of a significant automobile worker strike on February 11, 1937?

The objective of this celebration is to honor the notable Flint sit-down strike and acknowledge the dedication of current and past automobile industry employees.

Interesting, isn't it?

Here's a glimpse into some of our other celebrations like Hot Chocolate Day, Dress Up Your Pet Day, Red Shirt Day and Hat Day.

As we step into the new year, it gives us immense pleasure to welcome Robert (Bob) Van Fossan, our new owner.

With his background as CFA and co-founder of Blueprint Capital, Bob is poised to take our community to greater heights.

Through a gracious donation from a resident in our community, we were able to take a group of residents to see The Nova Singers perform at Saint Gregory’s church in Plantation.

But Chuckie wanted to make sure everyone could enjoy their holiday performance. So he brought 50 Singers to our community so their voices could be heard by everyone!

We are so very grateful that each and everyone of you care enough to make the time to be here.

‘Twas the morning of Christmas and all through our room we mumbled and grumbled as 9:30 loomed.

We drank the hot chocolate and what did we see? Activity Director Katy prepping with glee!

We played a fun game that decided our gift which gave our sleepy selves such a cheerful lift!

And after the goodies had all gone away, we decided it was absolutely a most special day!

So we strive to keep this awesome feeling each day as this is most surely the Independence Hall way!!!

These polite and talented youngsters spread joy and foster camaraderie among the residents.

It's lovely to observe such beautiful relationships blossoming!
