Carol, alongside her husband, founded Seasons in the summer of 2020 with a powerful vision: to create a space where people could receive care that helps them transform their life for the better. The name “Seasons” was deeply intentional—because change is something we all experience. Just like the seasons, life is constantly shifting.

✨ A Fresh Playroom for Little Minds in Fort Lauderdale! ✨

We’re excited to share that we’ve updated our Fort Lauderdale playroom to better welcome and support younger children in our office!

At Seasons, we believe deeply in the power of play therapy. Children often process what’s happening in their world through play because they are not developmentally able to fully “talk through” their feelings the way adults do. Instead, children express emotions, experiences, and worries through toys, imagination, storytelling, and creative play. Through this process, trained clinicians can help them safely explore feelings, build coping skills, and begin to heal.

Our goal is not only to create warm, safe, and engaging spaces for children, but also to ensure our clinicians are highly trained in working with young children and harnessing the therapeutic power of play.
