Welcome to week 5 of “Anthony’s 90-Day Plan.”

For 90 days, ThriveX’s medical team is working with BodyBuilder Anthony Greer to get him ready to compete in the IFBB Miami Pro competition.

And we’re documenting it all here, for you to see the real side of training to win.

This week Dr. Mary Van, ThriveX’s clinical director asks: Is the scale telling the whole story?

Here’s the truth:

People focus too much on the number on the scale. True health is measured by body composition: how much muscle mass to body fat do you have?

For men, body fat above 20 percent can indicate harmful visceral fat, which impacts the liver and heart.

With Anthony, we’re intentionally reducing body fat first while preserving and strengthening muscle mass.

That’s happening through high-protein support, targeted peptide therapy, and optimizing recovery so his body can perform and rebuild.

Anthony is now at about 5.6 % body fat. He started at 17.6 %.

But this isn’t about weight loss or just body fat. This is about changing how the body functions and getting stronger.
