This was me post Vipassana in Kelsyvlle, CA after 10 days of Vipassana. Heading back for round two! I’m beyond excited because the first time I attended this silent retreat, I was just beginning my meditation journey. Now, after eight years of consistent practice, I’m ready to revisit this experience with a deeper sense of presence and clarity. My mind no longer races like it did back then, allowing me to dive deeper into my subconscious. This retreat offers a powerful opportunity to confront the hidden blocks that may be holding me back from reaching my fullest potential. I’m ready to break through the limiting beliefs—especially around abundance and love—that I might not even realize are there. Let’s do this!
