Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) is a global campaign to promote screenings and support patients and survivors. Since 1989, awareness efforts have helped cut U.S. breast cancer deaths by 44%, according to health advocates. October was chosen to honor early activists and align with global research initiatives. The pink ribbon, adopted during the campaign, has become a worldwide symbol of hope and action. Advocates say the month highlights progress while urging continued vigilance in the fight against breast cancer. 💗💗💗

We are looking for volunteers ages 16+ to support our ESOL program. You'll help adult immigrants learn English. That is a great way to get involved!.
From 6 to 10 hrs a week.
