Since 1989, awareness efforts have helped cut U.S. breast cancer deaths by 44%, according to health advocates. October was chosen to honor early activists and align with global research initiatives. The pink ribbon, adopted during the campaign, has become a worldwide symbol of hope and action. Advocates say the month highlights progress while urging continued vigilance in the fight against breast cancer. 💗💗💗
