✨ Teacher Spotlight: Meet Jim ✨
Jim’s yoga journey began like many others, drawn in by the physical practice. But along the way, yoga revealed itself as so much more. Through studying the 8 limbs of yoga, Jim discovered a holistic, mind-body framework that brought deeper meaning, balance, and wellbeing into his life.
He’s completed specialized certifications in Yin Yoga and Mindfulness, and these influences beautifully shape his teaching style. Jim’s true passion is Yin Yoga—a slow, meditative practice that blends long-held postures with intentional breathwork and mindful awareness. His classes create space to soften, let go, and reconnect inward, offering students a chance to regulate the nervous system and find stillness in both body and mind.
