The Art of Letting Go is a 2.5-hour mini-retreat designed to support deep release, grounding, and inner clarity through the wisdom of the body.
We begin with a somatic release movement yoga practice, inviting stored tension, emotion, and sensation to surface naturally without analysis or story. The movements are slow, supportive, and guided by awareness, allowing the body to lead the process of letting go in its own timing.
After movement, we pause for a grounding integration break, giving the nervous system time to settle and absorb what has shifted. This space allows the body and breath to reorganize before moving inward.
The retreat concludes with a guided group inner journey, traveling into a grounded, receptive state where insight, imagery, and inner guidance can arise organically. This portion supports integration, clarity, embodyment, and energetic renewal without force or effort.
We close with time for reflection, questions, and tea, offering a gentle re-entry and space for connection.
