Cold plunging tips with 🥶💪🥶
If you’re just getting started (or looking to level up), here are a few of Caleigh’s go-to tips:
❄️ Control your breath: slow, steady inhales through the nose, long exhales. This is EVERYTHING when the cold hits.
⏱ Start short: 1–2 minutes is plenty. Build your tolerance over time.
🧊 Consistency > intensity: showing up daily beats one long, brutal session.
🧠 Stay present: don’t fight the cold… embrace it. Your mindset changes everything.
🔥 Warm up naturally after…. let your body heat itself back up for max benefits.
