Our team fabricated a 🦷 Non-Precious PFM bridge with gingival-pink porcelain for the upper arch, prioritizing structural control and long-term predictability.

This case was designed without a metal collar to maintain clean margins and consistent esthetics. Interproximal contacts were kept light to medium to support balanced seating. On the anterior lingual surfaces, only the metal coping was used and masked with opaque material to reinforce structural strength while preserving appearance.

We also subtly flared the anterior teeth to support the patient’s facial profile and intentionally reduced porcelain thickness in selected areas to rely on stronger metal support, helping avoid fragile ceramic zones.
