July 2023Update: Comprehensive Neurospine is no longer a Private Practice. We continue to provide independent consultations and Independent Medical Exams for several Legal teams but no longer have a clinic for Comprehensive NeuroSpine , as Carlos Casas, MD is now employed by Broward Health.
If you need to make an appointment to see Dr. Casas and discuss surgical options, please call 954-958-5190 .

Company Announcement: Comprehensive Neurospine will be closing this Summer as Dr. Casas is joining Broward Health effective June 26th 2023.
