1. Your body is tired, not dramatic. Shoulders in your ears? Life happens, I’m here to help put everything back in place.
2. Don’t wait until you’re “one sneeze away from breaking.” Early care saves pain (and emergency appointments).
3. Tell me what you want. More pressure, less pressure, quiet, specific areas — you’re not needy, you’re helpful.
4. Some days your muscles show up… some days they don’t. Healing is a squiggly line, not a straight one.
5. Stress leaves breadcrumbs in your body, and I can always find them.
6. Water + movement matter. Your muscles are houseplants: hydrate or they get cranky.
7. Never apologize for your body. Not the hair, tension, stretch marks, or sounds. Bodies are weird + wonderful.
8. Tiny progress still counts, better sleep, deeper breaths, less pain. It all matters.
9. Speak up if something feels off. Feedback doesn’t hurt my feelings, it makes your session better.
10. I don’t want you to just feel “worked on,” but cared for. Massage = science + skill + compassion (with a little humor).
