✨Meet Laura Constant, APRN-BC, MSN, BSN, OCN — Our New Nurse Practitioner! ✨

We are excited to welcome Laura Constant to our ENT practice! With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner, Laura brings exceptional clinical expertise and a deep dedication to patient-centered care.

Laura began her career after graduating from Broward College in 2006, joining Broward Health Medical Center as a bedside trauma nurse, where she served for seven years. In 2012, she transitioned into oncology nursing, becoming nationally certified and caring for cancer patients in infusion centers until 2017.

Driven by her passion for advanced practice, Laura earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2019 and has since worked as a nurse practitioner, providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families.

She is also an active member of the Broward Oncology Nurses Society and the Haitian American Nurses Association, demonstrating her commitment to both professional growth and community involvement.

Dr. Kudelka earned her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Kean University and her Doctor of Audiology from Nova Southeastern University — graduating with high honors. 🎓

She brings extensive experience in:
• Vestibular evaluation & treatment
• Diagnostic hearing and tinnitus assessments
• Today’s most advanced hearing aid technology
