Where it hurts isn’t always where the problem started.

In physical therapy, "Regional Interdependence" means that a limitation in one joint often forces another joint to pick up the slack.

For example: your nagging lower back pain might actually be a symptom of "sticky" hips or a stiff mid-back. If we only treat the back, the pain will keep coming back until we fix the source.
