I've gotten a number of inboxes asking for my Florida Water recipe 👀🌿 So this time, I decided to make a post. Understand that Florida Water is intention and energy in liquid form.

I’ll share a foundational blend.

CITRUS YOU CAN USE:
Orange.
Lemon.
Lime.

HERBS YOU CAN USE:
Lavender.
Rosemary.
Basil.
Rose petals.

FLUID
High-proof alcohol. (Vodka, Grain Alcohol, etc.)
Distilled water.

Bottle it in glass.
Pray over it.
Let it infuse.
Shake it daily.

Let it sit for at least 48 hours.

Use it to cleanse your home.
Refresh your aura.
Prepare your bath.
Shift the atmosphere.

But be clear....the ingredients don’t make it powerful....You do.

It's not you....you can try your hardest to be everything to everybody and for many people, it will never be enough and that has nothing to do with you. Tend to and maintain your happiness and needs, you will see who claps or who makes slick jokes making you feel like it's not a big deal....some may clap then laugh behind your back. Preserve your peace, connect with trusted mentors and those that have proven themselves worthy of your vulnerability, limit what you share about building projects....share with spirit! Do your s**t ✨️

You can act like you're good on the outside, but when it hurts like hell, make sure you tend to your heart behind closed doors. Heart hurt can be complicated and has many ups and downs, but when you are tired and ready to let go and push forward, here are some Succulent methods that can help:

✨️Spiritual Baths: These Baths are made with herbs and intention. It's purpose is to give soul cleansing after physically cleaning yourself. This can be done while soaking in tub or pouring over yourself slowly in shower.

✨️Fasting: Taking a period of time off from eating heavy foods can help give your body a moment to rest from digestion and give your more clarity and energy. You can try doing a 24 hr fast while just drinking water or a 3 day fast eat only raw fruits/veggies. Consultant with health professional if you have any pre existing conditions before fasting.

✨️Yoni Steaming: Many cultures utilize the act of steaming the Yoni (va**na) for health, spiritual and cultural purposes. This is where you carefully collect a combination of herbs to boil, let cool and mount over a hot pot while the steam of the herbs rise into the Yoni. The intention in this case would be to clear your sacral space of any energy left within your being that was placed by anyone that entered.

✨️Mirror Work: As easy as it sounds, mirror work is extremely difficult for many women. This is where you look deep into yourself, not just the surface. You look at yourself hurting, in pain, joyous how ever you are feeling in the moment. You give yourself affirmations of triumph, self love and strength. You make this a daily ritual especially before going out into the world.

✨️Release through Expression: Whatever your creative expression is (dancing, singing, writing, building etc.) or even sitting at your alter to speak with your guides, or to sit and speak with God are healthy was to express and release what hurt you maybe feeling at the moment. How ever you release it...just release. Overtime you will see you'll have less and less moment of releasing hurt and more of expressing joy of overcoming.

Don't trip if you have moments when you feel like it's not working....trust me it is. Everyday won't be a perfect day. As long as you're committed to the healing and letting go what hurts, you will push through💚✨️🩷

I recently made special deliveries to people I adore of my bottled Seamoss and Florida Water 💦

Seamoss is a sea plant or seaweed used in dishes, as a supplement and for skincare. Because it's high in vitamins and minerals, it helps to boost energy, aid with digestion and support your immune system.

Florida Water is made of citrus, herbs, essential oils and intention. Florida Water can be used for protection over yourself, your home or any space you use. Can be sprayed on like perfume or you can wipe your walls with it.
