I recently made special deliveries to people I adore of my bottled Seamoss and Florida Water 💦

Seamoss is a sea plant or seaweed used in dishes, as a supplement and for skincare. Because it's high in vitamins and minerals, it helps to boost energy, aid with digestion and support your immune system.

Florida Water is made of citrus, herbs, essential oils and intention. Florida Water can be used for protection over yourself, your home or any space you use. Can be sprayed on like perfume or you can wipe your walls with it.

Stress from toxicity can affect you in ways we dont even think about. My locs were thinning severely and I desperately needed to get my energy back (I was completely drained) Got back on my herbs regularly and doing much better. You can talk about my no retwist, I'm too busy being grateful to be alive and healing 🌱

Lets talk about that period of isolation...when you got played, used, lied to, lied on and your good girlfriend really wasn't your friend...you feel jaded, trust is shot and you just don't do people anymore.

Take this time to reflect....did you ignore signs that maybe the connection wasn't for you? Did you push harder to show you were on their team but they left you hanging? Did you have to address hurtful actions more than once?

Let's be honest with ourselves, strengthen our boundaries and play close attention to our nervous system...don't ignore the feelings and you don't have to shut the world out...just trust what your spirit tells you moving forward ✨️

Okra is the real juicy fruit💦 There's something very sensual about Okra water 🤭 Aside from its slippery texture, Okra water helps with digestion, regulating blood sugar and heart health. Great alone or paired with other herbs or fruits for great benefits:

Fresh Okra (cut and let sit in water for a few hours or over night)
Cloves (Anti bacterial/Anti inflammatory)
Hibiscus flower (Heart heart/Blood circulation)
Coconut water and/or Spring water (Hydration)
Squeeze of Key Lime (Boost immune system/less acidic than regular limes)

And yes, it's a great inner lubricant💦

I unknowingly started this journey as a Spiritualist almost 13 years ago. Since then I became a Reiki Master, completed the Sacred Woman program, completed courses in Sound Healing, Yoni Steaming and shamanic practices, earned degrees in Metaphysical Sciences and Divinity, became an Interfaith Ordained Minister and most recently got certified as an Herbalist.

With all of the teachings and knowledge, I would learn over time the power of energy and the mind. The environments you flow in or stay stagnant in can make or break you. Having a comfort zone is tricky...your body wants you to feel safe in spaces your familiar with but what happens when those spaces are no longer good for you? Change and walking away from what I knew challenged my need and desire for evolution as a Spiritualist.

When you hit those dark times, feeling like you lost everything you worked hard for....that's when spirit stepped in and essentially said "You had enough of your s**t yet?"...and here we are now. In 2025, I learned that sometimes, holding on to things that don't help you move may help you drown and having faith and confidence to let go will allow you to float into your greatness.

Thank you to those of you that have been rocking with me from the beginning and those that faithfully reach out to me for spiritual services. I'm forever grateful and will continue to feed my spirit to show up for my community 💛
