Good news, right? More access, less fear.

But here’s the plot twist no one’s talking about...

Are we about to swap one problem for another?
For two decades, women were terrified of HRT. Now the pendulum swings—and suddenly every symptom from brain fog to joint pain will be labeled “menopause” and met with a prescription.

When it’s a maybe, we make excuses. When it’s a must, we get resourceful.

I know you’re struggling. I know the symptoms feel overwhelming. I know some days it feels impossible to keep going when your body is giving you everything it’s got—and it’s all pain, fatigue, and frustration.

Here’s what I need you to hear: Your healing isn’t a “maybe.” It’s a MUST. AND you Will Heal.

But here’s the thing about becoming resourceful on your healing path—it doesn’t mean doing it alone. It doesn’t mean pushing through in silence. It doesn’t mean pretending you have it all figured out.

Being resourceful means recognizing when you need support.

When symptoms pile up and you feel buried under them, that’s not the time to make excuses about why you can’t reach out. That’s the time to get resourceful and ASK FOR HELP.

You weren’t meant to heal in isolation. You weren’t meant to figure this out by yourself while drowning in overwhelm.

Getting resourceful looks like:

Reaching out when you’re struggling instead of suffering alone

Asking questions even when you feel like you should know the answers

Admitting you need guidance, support, or just someone who understands

Making your healing non-negotiable by getting the help you need to move forward

Your symptoms aren’t the enemy—they’re messengers telling you something needs to change. And sometimes that change starts with one brave message, one vulnerable conversation, one decision to stop going it alone.

Make your healing a MUST. Then get resourceful enough to reach out.

HERE IT IS:
The reasons you’re still in pain—and what medical school never taught me about healing it. And no, it’s not “peer-reviewed” as of yet... but with the ongoing mistakes in medicine, should we wait?

Don’t get me wrong—these approaches can provide relief and are necessary in cases. But if you’re like most of my clients, that relief is temporary. The pain comes back. Sometimes worse than before.

⚠️ The Hidden Root Causes Medical School Doesn’t Teach ⚠️

Here’s what I’ve learned since finding and integrating information with my 33 years of conventional medical training:

Your chronic pain likely has hidden root causes that conventional AND alternative medicine simply doesn’t recognize yet. ⬇️

Viral Neurotoxins: When herpetic viruses like Epstein-Barr (which 95% of adults carry and many strains) feed on toxic heavy metals and certain foods, they release neurotoxins that latch onto nerve endings—especially frayed nerve fibers—creating pain that can often seem to move around your body or appear “random.” Or pain after injury that just lingers and lingers.

Heavy Metal Toxicity: Toxic heavy metals from our water, air (including chemtrails), medications, dental amalgams, air fresheners, conventional cleaning products, and pesticide/herbicide sprays (to name just a few) create havoc in the body. These metals feed viral pathogens, creating more neurotoxins, but can also cause direct damage and inflammation throughout your system.

The Metal-Virus Connection: This is the piece most practitioners miss—heavy metals don’t just cause problems on their own. They literally feed viruses, creating a vicious cycle where metal toxicity leads to viral proliferation, which leads to more neurotoxin production, which leads to more pain and inflammation.
