As a small firm, the Principals have direct hands-on impact on every project and with every client. LMG is most interested in highly demanding and unique projects located in urban locations, including downtowns, hospitals, medical centers, universities and other institutional and campus-scale settings. We specialize in providing boutique, niche services specifically related to transportation and parking advising, public private venture planning, parking economics and financial advising. LMG teams with like-minded creative firms across the country such as Wachovia Capital Markets-Wells Fargo, The Carlyle Group, GE Capital, Parsons-Brinkerhoff, Desman Associates, Fortress Investments and Urban America to provide state-of-the-art and unique solutions.

New Hampshire is on the move 🤩📈
Thousands more people moved into New Hampshire than left between 2024–2025, ranking the state 22nd in the nation for net domestic migration growth, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

With projects currently underway and more developments planned for the future, Lansing Melbourne Group is excited to be part of the continued growth happening across the region. Big things ahead.

The Pearl Street lot project is about to begin.

After years in the design and approval process excavation will begin soon on the project.

The plans call for a 1½-story 312-space steel frame parking deck associated with a four-story, 125-unit apartment building, and 12 three-story townhouses at the site.

LMG is most interested in highly demanding and unique projects located in urban locations, including downtowns, hospitality clusters, medical centers, universities and adaptive reuse of historic or mill structures. We specialize in providing boutique, niche services specifically related to transportation and parking advising, P3 development, parking economics and mixed use development. LMG teams with like-minded creative firms across the country such as Greenwich Capital, Rivermont Capital, Built Form, Mesirow and other creative partners to provide state-of-the-art and unique solutions. LMG was among the first to close Opportunity Zone projects in late 2018 and early 2019 to take advantage of new capital flows.
