Is it the Spa staff or client's fault?

You visit a spa and wear expensive diamond earrings for a treatment, and they ask you to remove them, but when you're done, they're gone...my experience working in these places, I've seen coworkers steal from clients due to loopholes in policy.

Does this justify the loss? It highlights how some people operate. Before visiting such places, it's best to remove valuables, just like when you valet your car.

My question to the affected lady would be, shouldn't you have insured your jewelry?

VISA said report any business that is charging a processing fee because it's against the rules. The visa will shut down their whole processing system. Ouch. 🤕😣

When you go outside today, if somebody tries to charge you a processing fee just speak up because these businesses count on customers not knowing better. That's not right.

This is the second store I went to and they tried to charge me a fee. I told them I was going to report them to Visa and they removed it immediately. Visa will shut down their whole processing system.
